Capital Trace Group (“we”, “us”) is a real estate research and deal-sourcing firm based in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you request a meeting, we collect the information you enter:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your investor type
- Optionally, a preferred meeting time and any notes you add
- Your confirmation that you agree to be contacted
To protect the form from abuse, we also record the time of your request, the country your connection comes from, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address that we use only to limit repeated submissions. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs to operate and secure the site.
This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party marketing tools.

How we store and share it
Meeting requests are delivered by email to our business inbox, which only Capital Trace Group can access. The companies that host this website and deliver those emails process that data on our behalf only to provide those services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as it is useful for responding to you and any working relationship that follows, or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices

Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
